This was my first big purchase online, and I was honestly extremely nervous going into it. It was such a sentimental gift, and I didn’t take that lightly at all. From the very beginning, Saf was incredibly patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and went back and forth more than I’d like to admit, but she never once made me feel like a burden. She answered every single question thoroughly, provided all the proper paperwork, and gave me so much reassurance throughout the entire process.

She was very professional and also gave really thoughtful advice on what would look best, what matched my vision, and what would actually hold up long-term. I really appreciated that she cared not just about the look, but also the durability and longevity of the piece.

I received my ring within three weeks of placing my order, which honestly surprised me in the best way. Other jewelers were quoting me 2 to 3 months, so this turnaround time was amazing. She was also very respectful of my budget and never tried to push me beyond what I was comfortable spending, which meant a lot.

The delivery process was also extremely secure and gave me a lot of peace of mind. It was shipped through FedEx with a direct hand-off, so it was placed in my hands rather than being left outside, which I really appreciated for something so valuable.
