Our standard production time is approximately 10–14 business days after your order details are confirmed. More intricate or fully custom designs may require additional time.

How long does shipping take?

Every Studio Saf piece is made to order, with a standard production time of approximately 10–14 business days.

Once your jewelry is completed, all orders are shipped via insured overnight shipping with signature required upon delivery.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Please note that overnight shipping refers to transit time after your order has been completed and dispatched. Carrier delays, weekends, and holidays may affect delivery.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes. All Studio Saf orders require a signature upon delivery.

Because we're shipping valuable fine jewelry, we take extra precautions to ensure your piece arrives safely.

Every order is shipped overnight with insurance and signature confirmation for added security and peace of mind.

Please make sure someone is available to sign for your package on the expected delivery date.

How can I track my order?

Can I return my ring or request a refund?

Because our jewelry is made to order, all sales are generally final. We do not offer full refunds for changes of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Studio Saf piece.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the design and specifications you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

We'll carefully review your concerns and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, adjustment, remake, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Our goal is always to deliver a piece that reflects the design you fell in love with.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once your order has entered production, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Because each piece is made specifically for you, production costs already incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.

For custom orders, deposits are generally non-refundable once design or production work has begun, subject to applicable law.

Can I customize a ring I see on your website?

Absolutely! Customization is one of our favorite parts of what we do.

Many of our signature designs allow you to select your preferred diamond shape, carat weight, metal, and other available options directly on our website.

Looking for something a little different? We can also explore personalized details, alternative gemstones, or design modifications to make your ring uniquely yours.

Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due according to your agreed payment terms.

Do you offer design consultations?

Yes! We offer complimentary design consultations for clients who are seriously considering a completely custom piece.

These consultations are intended for designs that go beyond the customization options already available on our website.

If you're simply looking to change the diamond shape, size, or another available option on an existing design, you can often do so directly on the product page.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes may be possible before production begins. Once production is underway, modifications may be limited or require additional fees.

For fully custom orders, we'll review your design details and obtain your approval before moving forward with production.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email studiosafco@gmail.com immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address.

We can update your address as long as your order has not yet shipped.

Once a package has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Please double-check all shipping information before completing checkout.

Are your diamonds real?

Yes! Our lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.

We love lab-grown diamonds because they allow us to create beautiful, high-quality fine jewelry while offering exceptional value.

Can I order a wedding band to match my engagement ring?

What if I don't know my ring size?
